Surgeon Rifles Joins Forces with AWC Suppressors

Strategic Armory Corps ("SAC") today announced that it has acquired Surgeon Rifles, Inc. of Prague, Oklahoma. For the past nine years Surgeon has manufactured a variety of the highest quality rifles, actions and other accessories for custom hunting and tactical rifle enthusiasts utilizing computer controlled machining equipment. The Company\'s three primary stock rifles are the Scalpel Surgeon Tactical rifle, the Laser Surgeon F Class 1000 yard rifle, and the Remedy Extreme long-range rifle. Additionally, the Company sells its proprietary Actions know as the 591 Short Action BDL Style Repeater, the 591 Short Action Single Shot, the 591 WSM Action, the 1086 Long Action Repeater, the 1581 XL Repeater Action, and the RSR Action. Surgeon builds a high quality rifle that is practically indestructible and has one of the highest degrees of accuracy on the market. AWC Systems Technology Introduces Suppressor for Socom II/ 16 M1a Rifle Platforms

AWC is excited to announce the commercial availability of the AWC SpecM1 Suppressor for the M1a Socom II and M1a Socom 16 rifles. It is a well balanced sound suppressor that integrates seamlessly with this rifle platform. Our proprietary mounting system and gas mod insures perfect function and accuracy for this weapon. And as expected from AWC’s full line of extremely durable and efficient silencers the AWC Spec M1 is 360 circumferentially welded. The Socom II/16 configuration of the SpecM1 suppressor model MSRP is $1295.00 (which includes fitting to the weapon) plus NFA Tax and Dealers fee. Unit is also available in titanium for reduced weight for mission critical applications.

AWC announces the release of the Raider XM 6.8

AWC announces the release of the Raider XM 6.8MM.

PHOENIX, 1/10 — AWC Systems Technology’s new Raider XM was designed to meet the demand for a durable, quiet suppressor for semi- and full-auto weapons chambered for 6.8mm.

“Like the Raider 5.56, its sibling in our product line, the Raider XM employs the advancements we have made to our blow back reduction control,” said Chris Short, AWC Systems Technology sales and marketing manager. “Constructed out of durable 300 stainless steel, the Raider XM features a high-tech heat dissipating ceramic exterior coating to help extend its service life.”

The Raider XM is 360-degree circumferentially welded for added strength. Measuring 7.8 inches long by 1.5 inches in diameter, the Raider XM adds only 24 ounces to the weight of the weapon. Besides the 6.8 SPC configuration, the Raider XM is also available for .223/5.56mm weapons. The suppressor attaches directly to all factory threaded 6.8mm and 5.56mm rifles. Besides stainless steel, titanium construction is also available for customers seeking less weight. Standard finishes are matte black or matte stainless steel.
