The MK9™ is the most successful submachine gun suppressor that exists.  The story of the MK9 starts back in the early 80’s.  It was engineered to eliminate the requirement for accuracy degrading wipes & packing commonly used in suppressors built at that time and surprisingly still used by some today (Back to the future???). With 1000’s of MK9’s sold its basic minimal back pressure design is still highly regarded and often imitated.  

Today the 9th generation of the AWC MK9 is stronger, quieter and produces the soft sweet sound expected from AWC silencers. The AWC MK9™ suppressor is intended for use on the UZI, MINI UZI, MAC and HK MP5 submachine guns. This ultra, high-efficient light weight unit is a true example of “state of the art” design and engineering allowing for extreme full auto fire in a maintenance free package.  

The UZI & MINI UZI units mount to the existing barrel retaining nut threads and the MAC type units mount to the existing threads. Available calibers include 9mm, .380, .357, .40cal, 10mm & .45cal SMG.
